Default 5.45 ar upper

Well i have a stripped lower lying around and i want to change that. I have 556 ars already and want something different, so i was thinking maybe a 545 rifle or just a 556 pistol. Help me out, everyone please throw in your 2cents

Bige,

I would recommend doing a 6.5 Grendel or 458 SOCOM! They are both fantastic rounds!

I left out that i was thinking 545 because its cheaper and i tend to send a lot of rounds down range

I'm in the same boat thinking about 5.45x39. The biggest drawback is that you have to do a thorough cleaning after every single time it's shot. I'm bad about letting my gun sit for a few days before I get around to cleaning it.

I'm going to do a 5.45x39 pistol build with the Sig brace for a SHTF rifle.
