Not a bad price, particularly if it is without sales tax and free shipping.

You could get it cheaper by the pallet but $.32 per round is pretty good. Some online sites may have it cheaper in bulk packaging but unless you get free shipping you won't beat your price by more than a few dollars. Much better to spend a bit extra and keep your local LGS in business and friendly...

That's only about $40-$60 more per 500 than steel cased stuff. Not bad.

I just purchased 300 rounds of Hornady Steel Match at Academy for $ 149.00. 52 gr BTHP. I've heard good things about this ammunition.
It came in a reusable plastic ammo box with a carry handle. These are popping up everywhere. Academy has 9mm, .40 SW, .45 acp, CCI .22 lr. Big assortment.
Anyhow, 2 cents worth.

Thats a decent price for around my parts,, at my LGS Privi has been $300 per 1k I usaully head for Cabelas when they have a door buster sale and grab steel cased when its on sale for $3.99 and try to use a coupon for the $20 off. I usually end up with 1k rounds for $180 bucks or herters or Tula Have to watch the sales and stock up when they have em.. Watch their bargain cave sales too.

I haven't seen Herter's/Tula for $3.99 since last fall. Maybe haven't been looking hard enough.
