Default 30MOA needed on flat top.

I need 20 to 30MOA rings or base for my flat top do they make it?

This may sound crazy to many but I am going after the guys on the F-Class match here with my AR in 223. Thinking I might load 69gr SMK over a good stiff load of Varget. I should be able to keep the mv up to 3000 fps.
