Default $2400

O i gave my S&W M&P AR to my father inlaw for his birthday on the promise that my wife would let me get a new AR my budget is $2400 total rifle and optic and acessories i was thinking about a daniel defense or a colt and maybe an acog or eotech with a magnifer what yall reckon i ought to get????

$2400? Wow! That is an awesome budget.

I would buy the optics first. Then shop for the best option with what money you have left, setting aside some cash for quality mags and some ammo.

If it were my money, I would build my own lower and perhaps look at a Larue upper to slap on top with an EoTech as the cherry on the sundae

Depends on the purpose of the weapon. Think about that for a while and if you change your mind once, give it a little more time. With 2400 you could get a lower and a couple of uppers.

Daniel Defense or BCM with Eotech will be nice. The rest of the money... spend them on mags and ammo!!

just depends on what you want the rifle to do. $2400.00 will getchu a DAMN fine rifle, then you can buy so-so to good optics for it.

or you can buy just a "fine" rifle, and buy good optics;

or.............you can build yourself a damn fine rifle, buy the good to better optics, buy ammo and mags, put the women and children to bed, and go out lookin for supper!
