There have actually been several sites that had them come instock today. Grabagun, KY gun company, and a few more. There is a place that has them instock now, or at least the site says so, but they are way high on price.

Be prepared for anal rape with no lube though

Any idea what I could get for my AR? Here are the specs.
CMMG forged t6 lower receiver
S&W marked flattop lo pro upper
Magpul ctr collapsible stock
DPMS lower receiver parts kit/ 5.5 lb
Bushmaster bolt carrier
20"heavy chrome lined barrel
SOG forearm grip
Hogue overmold grip
Badger tactical charging handle.
If I were to trade it for a .45, which one would you guys recommend

Hard to say, Glock ... you'll get what someone is willing to spend. Say it's a $700 gun, those often go for 1.5 to 2.5 times that since people are desperate.

Being a parts gun, that could hurt you pricewise over a complete DPMS or Bushmaster.

The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together. You'll remember the quality of a gun long after you forget how much you paid for it.

Like now? In this market? How may 1911's do you want? You're looking at a market value north of 1200.00 easy. It wouldn't be unfair to demand the finest Kimber for it. They's purty

Personally, If I lost my mind and decided to give up an AR for a 1911 it would be the ruger SR1911. But that's just me.

If yer still looking, Whittaker Guns out of KY has some Windhams for $849-889. I talked to them just before they closed today and they still had some in stock. You have to order over the phone as they do not offer ordering via their website. Also, they do not update their stock on their website but they update on their Facebook page pretty frequently.

Good call. I pulled one of those apart not long ago and they are a steal. 1:7 barrel, very well done M4 feed ramps, the gas key is properly staked and it felt very solid from top to bottom. They could charge a lot more for those and they would still be a good deal.
