Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: florida Posts: 31 |  new florida memberi'm jeff, and i joined this forum to discuss pocket pistols. i have some .45 pistols and a 9mm (colt/ruger/smith). these are nice, but i need something for summer fl weather in t-shirt/surf shorts/flip flop attire. all stainless steel (ss) is high on my list. a ppk/s in ss would be perfect, but production is halted by smith to correct flaws. bersa makes a comparible piece, but i am hoping for made in usa. a .22lr is possible due to ammo price and availability. i am not fond of double action only (dao). i looked at a detonics pocket nine that i would buy except the mags are not ss. accu-tek 380 has some bad press. enlighten me please and thanks. |

Any particular reason you don't want DAO other than the long heavy trigger? In an defense situation you're not likely to even notice how heavy the trigger is.
