Point taken.
So between the red dot or led/laser.
Which would you keep?

The red dot. IME, faster on target, advertises your

position less.

That makes sense. The laser could be very effective at night.

Unless you're using an infrared laser with night vision, the only real use a laser would be effective at is giving away your position. A flashlight only could be okay if your house is pitch black at night like mine is

Ten four.
Those infared lasers our troops use with their night vision are awesome.

I like how u can see the entire beam. From the gun to whatever the beam is touching. Unlike a regular laser that allows u to only see the beam where its pointed.

Your entitled to your opinion but reality is a harsh mistress I wish ya well.
I agree with Jon. In my experience there are a lot more piece of crap AK and SKS rifles made in obscure countries than there are bad ARs. Many of the AKs I've seen are just plain trash.

I've witnessed an AK jam. I was glad it jammed. The guy was shooting at us. We stopped having bullets fly our way and he and got an @$$ whooping instead of a .308 to the face.

Speaking of which, I'd rather an AR10 myself.

I love the setup though. I'd give it five stars. Nice led/laser. No self defense long gun is complete without some type of flashlight. IMO even a shotgun needs a light if its for self defense.

What did somebody forget to engage their safety and shoot the dogs front teeth out? Or are we blaming that on the Glock shooters?
