Yes. .30 caliber bullet, cartridge doesn't matter.

Just to give ya the conversion. You could also have multilpied the mm by .03937

Just have to ask why are you TRYING to clean your gun with a bore snake?
The bad thing is it is only good for one pull. Once you get it dirty it is like washing your car with a dirt clod.
You would be better off to get an Otis field cleaning kit.
