wasr10 vs saiga high cap mod

i found a saiga already converted for normal ak mags for 480$ and i found a wasr10 for 445$ which is better

IMHO, the SAIGA is. Better fit, finish, assembly of the base rifle. Mine shoots like it fires guided bullets.

OTOH, WASRs tend to be "AKM rough" around the edges (which is not a horrible thing) - maybe Century doesn't care as they want them built fast and cheap to fill their orders - like the low build standards they hold their CETME and C93 assembly subcontracters to.

If the conversion wasn't bubba'ed the the Saiga should be a smoother rifle.

But nothing wrong with a good WASR and it will look a little more like the real thing unless the Saiga has a full conversion.
