I have a good friend that has an unfired wasr that he wants 300 for. #s match. He's got no clue that the market is up.
I found a saiga 410 at a local hole in the wall for 575. The wife will not approve of both. Which do you guys think is the better bet?
My friend has the Saiga 12. I have the Romanian WASR 10/63 AK. He tried it and was hooked. Wanted to trade his Saiga 12 and his Glock 19 for my 1967 rifle. I said: "No deal."

Fortunately I already have a g19, romi g, and a psl ive already built. I cant pass on the deal for the wasr. The 410 just wont cut it for me. If it was a 12 I'd had jumped on it. Pick it up Friday.

I do love the VEPR though the price point is insane these days. My buddys wasr ended up being a sar-1. Picked it up yesterday for 280. Cant beat that!

Sadly, your "good friend" deserved better, at least $100 better. A good friend should be treated fairly.
