Default US made barrels

I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a US made barrel for an AK that is "finished" has all the grooves cut into it and the gas hole drilled? Or if someone can tell me the best way to cut the grooves into one without needing to have a machine shop. Thanks

In all honesty, unless you want to build something special, or the AK is an expensive one, it is just as cheap to buy a new AK
