Default Shipping a Receiver

I was browsing the web and came across a listing for an AK-47 receiver.

Is this the part that has to be sent to FFl holder? And is it legal to have the full-auto parts as listed in the ad? Never been into building but somewhat interested in trying it, just to say I did kinda thing.

Oh i don't really want that fullauto part anyways. Not worth the trouble. I am just looking to put one together for a spare time project. I'll just sell it at cost when I'm done most likely.

If it is bent into the shape of an AK receiver and has more than 80% of the work completed then it is a firearm and must be shipped to, and transferred through an FFL. Not sure about the parts...best bet is to check BATFE web site to determine what is restricted under NFA.
