Default Saiga AK 74 question

So either my Google fu is weak or something. But I came across some SMOKIN hot deals on Saiga 74's. they're in that stupid configuration they get imported in... However, I fixed my Saiga 12, and turned it into a hound from hell myself. So I know the platform.

My question is, are they solid rifles? Barrels? Any keyholing? Aaaw, heck, just spill your guts about the Saiga! :-D

I bought my saiga from buds and did the conversion. They are fantastic rifles. The are very reliable, accurate enough for what the are, chrome lined barrels and the conversion as you know from doing your 12, a fun project. Good luck with whatever you decide. I don't have any individual pics of my saiga, but I'm sure you can pick it out. Take care!
