I have not shot it from a bench rest.
To be honest the thing is probably more accurate than I am.
Now, my son shooting it is awhole different story. We were shooting at a friends house one day. He was shooting the very small clays (2" diameter) that were leaning on a levy at 80 yrds out. Popping them like he was at the carnival duck shoot. Standing with no brace off hand.

I wish I could have showed trip some of that today,if it weren't for catching that .22 shell in the eye I might had been able to. I'm still seeing blurry out of my right eye.

But yes that wasr my pops is talking about is suberbly accurate compared to the horror stories the AK haters tell about them.

I went to a local dealer today and seen, held and examined an Arsenal AK47. Its pricey for about $800 but the quality is good n smooth. I know its an upscale of AK47 than CIA Wasr. Also my dealer said CIA uses used parts in their Wasrs, is it true? Seriously, hows the CIA Wasr' quality on the parts, accuracy, paint finishes on the rifle etc?? Thx

CIA wasrs are all parts guns IIRC. So some of the parts kits will be more used than others,or they could be unused virgin kits as well. If you can get hands on the gun before you buy then just check for adequate function and finish ,also check for canted sights. If everything chevks out you should be golden.

Arsenal's are top notch guns and worth the money if you have it. They start as saiga rifles and Arsenal Inc converts them back to AK format to mimic various AK series rifle such as Ak47,Ak74 and Ak100's. They are the closest thing you can get to a brand new Russian AK.

Leaning off the center line of the rifle, if I recall correctly. "bent" for all practical purposes.

if your holding the rifle level the rear sight should align with the front and look like this: l
canted will look like: / or like: \

if your into holding it urban style:

canted sights might work better...

I had safety glasses. Not that I wore them either. Maybe we should though.
