Making multiple threads about the same rifle and same question will not increase value.. but i'll give ya $50 and half a bologna sandwich for it.

Asking price is a front sight base for a Norinco SKS. the sandwich ships free.

The Norinco SKS was a purpose built rifle for the export market. They are NOT military surplus. They ARE well built rifles capable of very good accuracy and reliability. I do not now what you mean by a "top grade bolt".
