Not sure on that, depends on your preference, there is an adapter for AR15 grips as well, could go With a matching MOE or MIAD grip.

Ok cool. So I guess I need to get all of my parts and do the conversion all at once? Not like change out this part one month and this part the next etc...

I would start at the rear and buy every part that I need to complete that portion.
You can always do the rail/handguard later.
Some of the adapters are pricey though. The non folding ones are cheaper if you chose that route
