Default Need Some AK-47 Buying Advice... Is This A Good Deal?

I ran across this AK-47 and it's kinda what I'm looking for... It has the ATI folding stock (I love this stock, can't find it anywhere) and tactical rails... I've never bought an AK so need to know if this is a good deal? Is Century a decent company? Do you know of other AK-47's with rails and this stock???? Thanks!

It looks like a $400 WASR that someone slapped some plastic furniture on it. No telling how used and maintained it is in addition to that. Looks like it may even have some surface rust on the barrel. Figure those factors into the pricing.
Not sure it's much of a deal.

WASRs are usually a rifle you want to see in person before buying.
