Best advice I can give you is to shoot the snot out of your new gun before you do any mods. You may even find you'll like it just the way it comes.

There is nothing wrong with Wolf ammo. Eastern block ammo in an eastern block gun. Why wouldn't that work?

Great price on 7.62x39 here:

+1, wolf is all i use in my sks and never had an issue. Ive shot some in my AR with no problems there as well. Ive also never used wolf handgun ammo so i cant comment on it but i cant imagine it would suck if thier rifle ammo is good.

No need to apologize for your opinion brad, maybe your firearm just doesnt shoot it very well. Two firearms of the same type and brand will shoot different believe it or not.

No you stated Wolf sucked in your handgun so therefore sucked in rifles even though you appear to have no experience w/ it. The majority of people get nothing but good service from Wolf. I use it in everything, rifles and pistols.

Never used it in pistols, but every rifle i've ever had fired wolf without issue. It's inexpensive ammo that feeds, fires, and ejects with zero issues, IME anyway

I love Wolf but hate Tula. Both cheap Russian made.
