The Maadi is not anymore inherently accurate than any other AK rifle with a US barrel.
The Nodak receivers are good, they are quality and will have resale value if you ever feel the need to sell the Maadi again, so no issues there.
The US chrome barrels are rumored among the "experts" (a term to be used very loosely as most experts are jaw flappers) as having slightly lesser accuracy than their communist chrome counterparts.
Not by much, but don't be expecting more than 2-4 inch groups at best, which is about all you can expect out of most AK's to begin with.
Overall though, a Maadi is a solid AK and will serve well in it's purpose, especially if it is an entry rifle, I consider them in the upper tier if they are assembled correctly and everything is straight and mechanically sound.
