If it's like my WASR it does. I bought it five years ago and it was an older model affected by the AWB, so it had a muzzle cap welded on. I couldn't see threads but once I cut through the weld, the cap unscrewed exposing the threads. From there it was easy to screw on a standard muzzle device.
