I live near Auburn, Al and I probably could get one online but everyone online is looking like they are sold out as well!

I bought a converted Saiga from Classic Arms about three weeks ago. Saigas have Russian dimpled receivers and Russian barrels. I paid $479. It has the Tapco G2 trigger, welded bullet guide for standard AK mags, and a side mounted scope mount. The quality is better than WASRs. It has the sporter style front hand guard but a standard AK hand guard can be installed. My brother has a WASR and hasn't had any problems but for the same money I decided the Saiga was a better deal.

Does it have threads under the collar for a muzzle device?

I'm not sure. I didn't take a real close look at the front of the barrel to see. I'll take a closer look at it when I get home this evening and report back. That Arsenal conversions are probably the best Saiga conversions right now. They're a little more money bit they come ready to go without anything else left to do on them.
