hey i went and looked at some WASR's today in town here and they want 525 plus tax and you get all the extra stuff that you get on the net. However on the internet do you have to pay sales tax when you have the gun sent to a gun shop to buy it? I know you may have to pay a fee to the shop to send it there but i didnt know if tax would be included! and every WASR I have looked at the front sight is slightly bent but everything else functions fine!

Let the snobs say what they want to. Take it out, put it through it's paces and have fun. If by the end of the day you're happy with your purchase, you've pleased the person that counts. I'm damn sure happy with mine.

Lol. I like that picture of the wasr that was posted. I would definitely prefer if I could find one with laminated or finished nice shiny orange wood. I like the stereotypical movie AK

Yah but i figured i could stain the wood and put a sealer on it and make it good as new. Like i said this is my first "Ak" so it will be my new thing to figure out how it works and good learning experiance for me. Now just need to stock up on some ammo and shoot the **** out of it.
