I'f I'm spending 10K on a rifle, it would be a 98 Bravo with some ridiculous scope on it and and 3500.00 worth of factory ammo for it. I didn't realize they Dragunovs are so expensive. I saw one at the range last month and the guy was printing terrible groups with it, and it flung brass out twenty yards in every different direction. The carrier timing was so inconsistent from round to round. Very strange, but very cool looking none the less. 10K cool looking.....nah

A .308 Saiga would deliver better accuracy and could be converted into a Saiganov for a fraction of the cost of the Drag.

The names of these rifles are crackin me up. I'm gonna stick with ol Eugene Stoner's rifle for right now.

i read recently in american rifleman that the russians wanted to hit a person where as the americans want head shots. but its easy to use and fix and always fires.. but we all knew that. i would just be happy to shoot one for now.
