The Cure for a Loose Tapco Stock
 

So I bought a used SKS a few months back and I've gotta say, I really really enjoy this gun. The only problem I've had with it is that it has a Tapco stock and there was some looseness with the fit. It's not a huge problem but it has always bothered me. So, I came up with a solution. The solution consists of one hole and one screw placed carefully where it will never be seen unless the gun is disassembled. It is a #6 stainless steel wood/sheet metal screw placed at the very back of the receiver directly under the bolt cover.
