has anyone ever heard of converting a 7.62x39 to a 5.45x39? can it be done? what would it take?
on the same note, if i wanted to cut down a 5.45 mag to make a 15 or 20 rounder, how would i make a lip on the bottom of it to slide that buttplate back onto?

Unless of course you don't have the $29.99
