I've had Century Arms rifles that predate the ban and they are still ticking. I also have Centurys that I've bought in the last couple years and have run 1000's of rounds of cheap ammo through w/o a hiccup. NEVER GOT A BAD ONE
and I've been shooting AKs for a good minute now.
I couldn't give you a round count, but it was during the time that a case of ammo was $80-$100, $250 bought you a NEW AK-47 (usually Chi-Coms
) and we shot them for months on end with out even running anything down the barrel. We still have a few of those rifles. One turned out to be a "Now-sought-after" Norinco.
