Default Can a Picattiny Rail be mounted?

I'm getting to but an AK & I was wondering if a Picattiny Rail can be mounted on it. If you know for sure or have an AK with a rail & scope, laser, or light let me know.

I think that during a Civil Unrest or all out Choas, a 7.62 x 39 bullet will do better than a .223.

Now you did it!! Use the side mount rail for a scope not the one that mounts on the dust cover.

I bought a side mount, but I need a gun smith to attach it. I will not be able to fold my AK47 under stock though. Still deciding on using it.
