I bought one last year for something fun and cheap to shoot. Runs like a dream and no complaints.

I love my AKs. They're awesome. I usually shoot tula or wolf, sometimes golden tiger and they always run. Fairly accurate even at 200 yards ( man sized target ) All my friends tell me they're crap and that I should get an AR, but I'm happier with the AK platform. Simple, easy to maintain. Just like my glocks.

I've heard so many negative things about Tula. You satisfy with it?

I've never had a problem with it. Runs great in my AKs. But then again, its an AK. The only trouble I've ever heard about was with an AR or a handgun. It might not be the cleanest most accurate ammo out there. But for the price its hard to beat.

I have had a Romanian SAR-1 for many years. After I solved a "trigger slap" issue, it has been a great gun. I also shoot what ever is cheap; usually Wolf, but have never found an ammo it didn't like.

Oh, do you mean a semi-auto AKM?
Got one, prefer the SKS.
It gets a quarterly rubdown with Mobil 1. Zero trigger
time in over a year. Too busy with other projects...

You know your guns, therewolf. Yes, it is an AKM. When you say quarterly rubdown, what exactly do you mean? Four times a year?
