Any of you ak guys own a sig 556
 

Been thinking about getting one

Love mine , kinda the best of the ak/ar I guess you can get an american made 551 now which would be sweet , sig is also supposed to have a good supply of mags

Yeah picked one up at a gun show and was like whaaaaat I don't own a gun now and I have heard this one if the ez-ist guns to clean so I'm going to try to pick one up in two weeks

As an AR guy my advise would be to stay away from the Sig556. There are way to many higher quality ARs out there. Plus the Sig is heavy.

So I have decided to go with the sig 556 had the chance to put one in my hands at the range and I loved it I will probably start an AR build in the middle of next year

I own the patrol scout and really like it. Topped mine with an eotech. I can place it between my AK and AR and easily see the design similarities.

If your looking at AR go with colt M4

Own a SIG522, kinda/sorta one. Best .22LR EBR in the known universe.
