Do you like the optic up front more. I changed the one in back because the dust cover mount moved a little. I have a reflex sight up front now and like it OK but I'm thinking avbout putting a 4x up there.

We seem to have the same stock. At least they look really close. I love it more than the original which is odd for me. I am usually more a fan of wood over poly/plastic.

Default Picture Intro My bullpups

Hope these don't offend the purists among us, since both came from pawn shops in polymer stocks.

I love to work in wood, and the bullpup stocks on the market were all overpriced crap, so one thing led to another................love 'em or hate 'em, here are my Yugo and Norinco DP.

Hello, AK.

I put my cheek on the receiver cover, and no, I have never been whacked by the bolt. I stretched it forward almost two inches, and put it on the left, with the lefties among us in mind.

The Yugo picture isn't quite current, as it now has its shell deflector back in place.

Default New Saiga

Just got a new Saiga 7.62x39. Added a mount and scope (old eyes) and it's a great shooter.

Sorry Drum. I didn't see this post until today. I really do like the scope out front. I have heard that it is difficult to use a scope with much magnification mounted in a scout configuration like that. Mine works really good. But again it is only a 2x. I can really aquire my target fast with this set up. It is almost as fast as iron sights.
