Here is my Saiga 223. I posted pics awhile back but have since then moved the trigger group forward. I wasn't going to do this originally, because I was scared to rip the gun apart. After spending some time here and reading posts from people that have done it, I decided to nut up and just do it. Im relatively new to the world of firearms and this was the first time I ever did anything this involved. Im glad I did, this balanced the gun and makes it feel so much more comfortable then it was. Just want to say thank you to the people here for the informative posts about the process, I wouldn't have had the confidence to do it otherwise.

I've been thinking about doing the same conversion to mine as well. Did you do the conversion by yourself? If so, how hard was it?

It wasn't hard. I bought everything I needed from Carolina shooters supplies. They have walk thru videos right up on their site. I enjoyed the whole process actually....looking for my next project now lol
