Been awhile since I visited last, so an update seemed to be in order.

I've been busy in the old garage shop this summer. Built of few stocks for sale, and here are some examples.

Enjoy!

Here is my first build gun technically it is an AK... just longer.
It is a Romanian RPK it fires the same 7.62x39 round.

This is a little different AK it is the Polish Tantal it fires the 5.45x39 round so that makes it an AK74.

This one is a little rare it is a Romanian MD63 underfolder.

All nice guns & a lot of fun to shoot.

Here's my bulgy ak74 sporter

I decided to go the "tacticool" route with her. I wanted a tactical rifle without draining my bank account so I got this. A 400 dollar rifle turned to a 750+ dollar rifle real quick but after running it's paces I have no regrets (the eotech is a fake, just on there to test out my new side rail mount)

I think me and you are the only ones that went the tacticool route lol. The upper reciever on mine is raised so if my optic, which doesn't work either BUT if it did lol and crapped out on me I can look just under it to use my iron sites lol. Also all of the weapons in here look fantastic. None of them look abused or anything. Fun guns to shoot.

this is the route i am going with my ak. i just got the quad rail in today and it looks pretty mean. i put a AFG on it though and right now i have a cheapy red dot sight on it. and it still has the plain wood stock and original pistol grip so i have about a hundred dollars more before it is where i want it. i like the way yours looks tho, makes me look forward to finishing mine

Yea I've seen quite a few "black rifle" AKs and I really liked it. To whoever decides to go that route I would definitely suggest UTG products if your on a budget. I went with tapco at the beginning (picatinny hand guard and stock) and absolutely hated it. Even tapcos sling crapped out on me on the range :/. I was going to go a little higher end with a Midwest quad rail and a more expensive stock but read really great reviews on utg/ leapers and couldn't be happier. I will eventually be putting a magpull MOE stock on her as well. I want to get an AR-AK pistol grip conversion but can't find reliable reviews on them. If anyone uses one let me know if it's worth it! Glad you guys like my gun porn!
