Default AK furniture

Just seeing who out there prefers a blonde AK or a brunette AK. Haha. I myself prefer blonde but don't know how to finish the bare wood stock it came with so I just picked up a darker finished stock from a guy. I like the way it looks but still want to finish the original with no stain. Just the way it is. If anyone knows how to do that could you let me know. Thanks. Here's a pic of it as it is now. Well you can try a light coat of oil like tung oil which will help bring out texture.
