For sure.

It looked like the stock length was greater than that of a Warsaw pact length.

You should have seen me at the range with a side folder.
I got good groups, but I got better with a 'real' stock.

I've been trying to decide on a new stock for my SAR-1.

I might go with the K-Var just because its got a NATO length stock.
I dont recall if Tapco makes a NATO spec one......

In any case, this episode is due to air tomorrow-and the thing is,they will be comparing the AK to an Uzi.

Thats like comparing apples and oranges.

Once again,hype over fact.

I just don't see that as a good comparison. Yeah the Uzi can fire quick and it's small but with a folding stock AK you would have mush more firepower and still get it under a coat.

Yeah the show has sacrificed any sense of linear comparison of similar weapons for hype -literally comparing apples to oranges.
Some of the comparisons are really out there too-the Uzi vs. AK thing isnt their worst.....

^^^ Maybe they will at least use one of the snubbie-style AK variants. I like the looks of the Draco semi-auto AK pistol from Century, but i spent my Draco money on a used CZ pistol, maybe next time.

Sorry orange it looks like theyre using the one in the clip.

I got to see a full-auto Krink (yes he had the stupid license-permission slip from fedzilla -he made sure to mention-) at a friend of a friends gun shop the other day.

Totally vicious weapon, the guy said it comes home with him every night and its loaded with a 75 round drum and kept next to his bed.

I feel sorry for anyone or any group of people who tests his resolve to defend his home.

i love this show its entertaining as hell but i got to agree its all about the hype and ratings. they're comparing assault rifles and submachine guns thats a pistol round vs a rifle round, and there tests are inconsistant and unequal. but this is coming from someone whos having the "scientif method" forced into there head for the past 12 years.
Also these guys just dont strike me as warriors, either one of them. Pirates and Drug dealers aren't warriors, they're thugs out to make a quick buck and hurt people
