Default AK 47 75 round mag issue

Just got an American tactical drum and the spring will not tighten? When I turn the key I can feel something slipping. It's not the key. Anyone know a fix?

The rotor latch some times sticks in these things. Did you put some light oil in it.

Nah it was that metal guide that seperates row one and two, bent into the second row so the bullets ran into it instead of along it! Gahhhh!!!

I've had two 75 round Chinese Norinco drums for over 20 years. NEVER had a problem with either one of them.

SE corrner.

I love your screen name. When I was very young, Charles Starrett (The Durango Kid) was my hero!
