Is $275 a good price for a Norinko SKS?
I have a chance to buy a Chinesse Norinko SKS with all matching number for $275. The stock is in fair condition but I may change it out and replace it with a Tapco stock.

It all depends in condition and how complete it is as well as the market. $200-$250 sounds better to me as long as someone didn't crapco tac it out with crappy detachable mags and rails and plastic.
It would be more valuable to me in original wood, nice bluing, original mag, bayonet, with sling and standard cleaning kit and cleaning rod. All looking well maintained.

If it's an M type(uses AK mags) then it's actually worth a bit more than your average SKS. But for the most part about all SKS's around here sell for 300 to 375. Still ticks me off that I passed on I can't even count hoe many cases of them I could have got and paid all of 40 bucks a rifle back when.
