If you can't find a local or a forumite with one, amazon has some: http://www.amazon.com/Paracord-Survival-Necklace-Black-inches/dp/B007IX83G0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1376679737&sr=8-4&keywords=paracord+necklace+22%22

I have not used that vendor that I recall.

Give TekGreg, he's a fellow Firearms Talk forum member, a message. His wife makes paracord stuff out of any colors at any lengths. He offers special prices for forum members as well. I bought a paracord belt and bracelet from them and they are awesome to work with.

You should make it yourself. If you don't know how to do the knots it may take you a Hell of a long time to deploy it when needed and then you can't redo it after use.
On another note putting something with a 1500 pound break strength around your neck is not exactly smart.

That's a really good point, if that gets caught on something while you're running..... then you're in trouble.
And I've tried to break that stuff, and you can't.
