i would like views on this gun good and bad as i have a chance to buy on stainless fired 30 times which i witnessed and the man is just scaling down cause he has a lot of hi grade guns, gun was accurate but i like others have heard a lot of horror stories about customer service .the gun would just be target and bedside.... thanks Bill

Its stock ambidextrious safety has always been nice for me as im a southpaw. Only complaint is that you have to apply a bit more pressure to the grip safety than i like

I like them. I've bought two over the years and had no issue with them at all.

Great guns really. We have them for $499. Customer service for taurus is excellent and lifetime. Ever experience a problem, it will be taken care of.

Prolly will be taken care of. In my experience, just takes awhile.

My first 1911. So far I'm 500 rounds in and I've had no problems what so ever. It's been a dream to shoot!!

I've had one of the Aluminum framed models for 4 or 5 years, the factory mags are junk but the pistol itself is solid.

I had a lot of issues when it was new, but since the 500 round break in period I haven't had any at all.

I've had mime for almost a year and it has been great. Had some issues with mags but Taurus sent out a few new ones and its perfect now. For the price of course
