Default Interdynamic KG-99 for a Taurus PT140 Pro?

I have a offer to trade my KG-99 that comes with a sling, muzzle break and 50rnd mag for $100 and a Taurus PT140 pro that comes with 2 10rnd mags and has only been fired twice. Do you guys think its a good deal? Please let me know some of your thoughts. Thanks.

Here's a couple pics of my KG-99. I was asking $450 for it but someone has made that trade offer to me. I just want some of your guys thoughts on the trade. Thanks again.

I would prefer the PT 140. They're great for concealed carry.

I was about to buy a Taurus 1911 9mm. And virtually everyone I spoke to including smith at two ranges I belong to said to go for a Rock Island instead. The issues were quality, minimal warranty and very poor customer service.

I bought 8 Taurus handguns in .380 ACP, 9mm and .45 ACP in the last 3 years and I've had no issues/problems with them. They all have life time warranty and Taurus CS had been very good when I contacted them to exchange/order parts.
