Dick's Sporting Goods in my area is still bare except for a bit of Federal 9mm, .40 and .45. There is no more than ten boxes of each. .No .22 at all except at a few retailers and gun shows still selling at about $70-90 a brick, which I think is criminal. If I could find a wholesaler that would sell .22 by the pallet, I'd have it shipped in!

I need a road trip to Ohio.

Was up in Winslow Friday for the start of the "Standin on the corner" festival, and the local pawn shop was as bad as the LGs that GOUGE people...10 bucks for 50 Remington thunderbolts...my money stayed in my pocket.

Just talked to a guy whose friend paid $70 for 500 winchester .22s, at the new lgs in town. I won't go there.

It's funny when you talk to people that do that but justify it because it's still cheaper than 9mm. I, however, will not buy any ammo that I think is priced unfair.

That's not nearly as bad...I've seen some 500 bricks going for well over $100
