Default (WW2 PPSH-41) What do you think?

I've got a friend in Russia that wants to sell me an old ww2 PPSH-41, what do you all think of this gun?

seriously doubt it was registered by the batf before 1986 as a transferable gun.

I thought no more guns can be imported from Russia?

I suggest you check with the Feds before you go any further in the process.

Neat gun--shoots 7.62x25, which is cheap right now. The 72 round drum
is a hoot.

If it is on the NFA registered and fully transferable, and not illegal in your
state, then go for it if the price is right.

If it's some kind of war bring-back that was never registered withe BATFE,
RUN. Run far--run fast--don't look back. If anybody asks deny that you even know how to spell PPsH-41.
