would new gun laws affect the whole U.S. or not
Example- 7round magazines, would this also affect California's 10 rd magazine limit?

Not if the state's governor,and legislature don't approve of it. And there are several states that are already working on the state level to make laws against any new gun control laws the feds are thinking up.
This whole thing might just blow up in Obama's face if there are enough sensible people left in each states government.If the majority of the states will not comply with the socialistic views of this current regime,what can they do?
There are still many people that believe and live by the Constitution of the United States,and will go by the exact words-Shall Not Be Infringed!

Wyoming is going to fight the Liberal Dems on this. The Gov. will arrest BATF Agents who try to enforce the OBama gun grab.

Just remember, that pot is federally illegal, yet is legal in several states. While you could legally have it and the state police could do nothing, a Federal agent could arrest you on federal charges of possession. Is it likely? Hell no. But it does go to show you the disrespect that states have for the Fed.

Make your voice heard, write to your Governor, Senator and assemblyman and let them know that you are opposed to any further restrictive gun laws.
We have to let them hear us and let them know that we vote too. Please don't just wait until they pass laws. Ruger has an auto letter ready to go, just log into their website.
