Default Winchester model 94 30/30 lever action long octagon barrel

Hello
I have a used Winchester model 94 I do believe it is of 1967 vintage it is lever action and has the long octagon barrel, I may be wrong on the year, This it its problem, when I am done hunting and go to jack out my live ammo on every third, the gun will not extract the chambered round and tries to ramp up another one. I have to push down on the round that is wanting to be chambered to remove the already chambered round then they both just fall out. Help before I take it to my local gunsmith

"the gun will not extract the chambered round"

So the round stays stuck in the barrel?
Or does it extract the shell from the barrel but does not eject it it away?
If the latter you may just have to be a little quicker/more aggressive when working the action.

Hiwall
You know your are 100% right!!"Funny" I came out of the woods tonight after forgetting to leave my Frickin cell phone home and it ringing at the worst possible time, So being pissed at myself I jacked out my live rounds with a little more force and a little faster action and none jammed so just a little more lead in my action = good extraction
Thanks

If this fine old rifle has been used well and not had a detail cleaning and lubeing inmany years if at all after this season you may want to look into doing so.
