Winchester mod 70 ???

Just got my Winchester model 70 in 300 mag and it's not a muaser action?

It's a slightly modified 98 Mauser action. Like 95 percent of all other bolt actions out there..

if its a classic action is a halfstep ahead of the mauser action

I believe it is a post 64 I'm not sure yet.

From the picture, it is a post '64. It does not have the large Mauser extractor claw and is a push feed. For all practical purposes, it is a modified Mauser action.
