Default Winchester Marine???

Just wanted to know the exact model of this gun. Registered as Winchester Marine, but I have not found any pictures of this gun online. Also any feedback about this shotgun?

Go ahead and send it to me and I'll research its background and just testfire it a little bit.

Default Marine Shotgun

I'm just going to pull this one out of my butt, I'll guess it is an old Military trench gun they used to use back in the day say (Vietname/Korea) Perhaps??

That is a model 12 winchester.

That is not a factory finish I ever seen or heard about. Looks like some one took a regular model 12 and cut it down and had it nickled.

Cut it down? you mean the barrel; it's 20 inch. all of the internal action parts minus springs/levers/firing pin... are "chrome/nickel" finished; even the trigger assembly matches the outer finish looks to me like factory. I also only paid about $270 for the gun from a store. if someone paid to finish the gun like this it would cost more than its worth.

Winchester 1300 Marine. I recall a Marine model but don't remember it having wood stocks. It was bright nickel like yours though. It's definitely a Model 1300, in whatever incarnation. The shorter models like this were Winchester's offering to L/E to compete with the Remington 870 and Mossberg 500.
