BTW; that's a great piece of western history you have there. Winchester just reissued the 1886 this year for their 200th Anniv. (1810-2010).

From the pictures that I see it appears to be all original and unaltered. This is a bonus if this is the case. While this was one of the most common calibers it is also one of the most desireable. With the ammount of original finish remaining I would start at $1500 and depending on bore conditions prices could go up even higher.
