Default What's the best military/police light weapons manufacturer in the world

In your opinion...what's the best manufacturer of military/police weapons? Why do you think they're the best?

Keep in mind that we are talking about weapons which are used by the military and police forces, as follows(categories):
1)Assalt rifles/carbines
2)Semi automatic rifles
3)Pump&Bolt action rifles
4)Pistols

My choice:Heckled & Koch
Reason:Technologically on the edge(Advanced).Their designs are meant to be very sophisticated, reliable, light and accurate.Great rate of fire.
H&K is (only one of) the living proof that Germans are the world's greatest masters in the field of gunsmithing and weapon designing.

Models(Relevant models):
-HK 416/417
-MP5 family
-G36
-G3
-MP9

FN Herstal.

They've been making firearms since the dawn of creation, and they get better and more inovative every day.

FN OR HK. COUNTRY'S but from them. When the sa80 wouldn't work who did they talk to HK when we needed light and medium machine guns for our military we went to FN. The list goes on. Who is better of the two? I like FN cuz they came up with the fal. Kinda funny how a lot of rifles are looking/ working like the old fal. I guess they got it right

Blackhawk. Hands down.

My Xyphos is tough, reliable, and bright!

On the other hand my Surefires are great too.
