My self converted saiga in x39,used the typical tapco g2 fire control group and a saw pistol grip for the 922r complaince parts, them got fancy with a Galil style forend and folding ace skeleton stock. No optics as of yet but did put a hi-viz front sight post in and thought about doing the nail Polish trick on the rear sight.

Anybody looking for a quality mbr setup that don't have a need to shoot beyond 300 yards then buying a saiga rifle and converting it back to its origanaly intended AK format is the way to can be in to a high end AK for just over 500 dollars,a few hours of your time, and some mechanical know-how
