Ridiculous! The Hi Point was designed specifically in response to the 94 AWB. Calling it an assault weapon is moronic.

I do see the ridiculous prices on these firearms, but that isn't an assault rifle. It makes me quite sad that sellers call these semi-automatic firearms assault rifles.

This is exactly what the anti gunners want..

But it is tactical....Barf!!! I have one from the 1st year they came out. Paid $110.00. It came w/ 3 mags, a compinsator. Fun little carbine. The mags are a pita to change out. Very tight fit.

I paid $220 for mine and it came with 3 magazines, a buttstock mag pouch that holds 2 magazines and a cheap BSA red dot sight that is very accurate when you can see the dot. I have never had any malfunctions and all the mags work well. I can easily hit a cigarette pack at 70-80yrds with it. It really is a fun little carbine but its far from being an assault rifle. Its sad what people will do and say to make a buck off of guns these days.
