Are you planning to save the hides? If so .204, .223, or 22-250 will work great. .243, 25-06 are other great for coyotes but put big holes in them. I prefer a tikka or a savage. Both smooth guns And shoot very tight groups. .223 is the cheapest ammo. Have fun

as much as i like my 308, my 7mm-08 gets more trigger time! fantastic round and really easy to reload. i'm thinking of doing one in a fluted heavy barrel in the future to build into a short to medium range target rifle.

i sighted in a friends 6.5x55 this week to get it ready for opening of deer season theis weekend, what a nice round. it was in an older winchester M70 and was it fun to shoot.

Well a good set of calibers to check out would be the hot lil 204 the proven 223 or a good ol 243 cant be beat to many good choices out there now good luck

I've killed a few dogs with my 17 HMR...... It's extremely fun to shoot; just can't reach as far or shooting high wind..........

I have killed several as well with my lil .17 but always find myself callin yotes with my right hand rifle my old 22-250 I have slayed truckloads of yotes with it over the yrs
